Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Qvipe (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

The Service

Qvipe helps a business monitor customer reviews and interactions on third-party platforms, draft replies with AI, and publish them after the owner approves. Features and supported platforms may change as the Service evolves.

Early access

The Service is offered in early access. It may change, have limited availability, or contain rough edges, and features may be added or removed. We provide reasonable notice of significant changes where practical.

Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure (sign-in uses a one-time email code or Google). Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Connected platforms

To use the Service you connect third-party accounts (such as Google Business Profile). Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for having the right to connect them. You authorize Qvipe to access, sync, and — for replies you approve — publish on your behalf through those platforms' APIs. You can disconnect at any time.

AI-generated content

Qvipe drafts replies and reports using AI. Drafts may contain errors and are provided for your review. Nothing is published without your approval, and you are responsible for the content you approve and publish. You remain the author of replies posted from your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• post unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content;
• violate the terms or policies of a connected platform;
• publish fake reviews or manipulate ratings;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• use the Service to send spam or process data you have no right to process.

Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. Trials, when offered, convert to a paid plan unless canceled beforehand. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Intellectual property

Qvipe and its software, branding, and content are owned by us. Your business data and the replies you create remain yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that replies will achieve any particular outcome or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qvipe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
